My e39 has had this problem for a while now. When the engine is cold, like a few minutes after I have started it the revs act like this after I give it som gas. But when I am roling when driving it cold and keeping the revs steady it acts normaly. So, it is basically only when I am going from still to driving. Also the engine starts acting completly fine when the engine is warm, like att operating temps with only a small amount of stutter. Does anyone know the problem to this? I really need help.
