Hey Guys I need some help here, couple of days ago I hit the curb and at first everything was fine but later it started vibrating. I took it to discount tire, they checked it and said everything was fine it just needed some alignment which they did. Driving back home it was fine but when I got back on the highway it started vibrating so I took it to bmw. Long story short they want me to buy a new steering rack and basically pay 10k for this. Just wanna know do I have to get a new rack cause I got one less than 2 years ago, my steering does feel a bit weird like slightly bent but other the vibration and the steering wheel not straight all the way (which wasn’t a problem when it got realigned by discount tire) I live in Tempe and I really don’t wanna pay 10k, if anyone knows what to do or any reliable euro shop I can go to in az area that’ll be great.
