Send help - regression 6 weeks in
Screenshot from last week as I havent logged properly this week. LO is almost 23 weeks (little over 5 months) and has been waking up every 1-2 hours with at most a 3-4 hour stretch once in a blue moon for the last 6 weeks. This past week its been every hour. Shes EBF and the only thing that gets her back to sleep is boob. Theres no difference if we cosleep or she sleeps in her bedside bassinet. Naps are often a struggle, and only last 30+ minutes if its a contact nap. Any help would be so greatly appreciated... Momma is TIRED 🫠🥲
