To anyone thinking about going vegan!

EDITED: I feel like a lot of people are at least considering veganism right now thank you to Billie Eilish! :) I want to remind everyone just starting out to make SURE you nourish yourself properly. I was quite grossed out from the exposés and documentaries I watched and didn't have much of an appetite. What ensued was, fatigue, shortness of breath, loss of appetite, a dry throat and gagging, white tongue, and heart palpitations. I am in no way blaming a vegan diet. It's healthy for you in so many ways. I was just offering my experience in case anyone else felt unwell while trying to change. I have often felt like I'm starving after so many hours but I have friends who can fast for 4 days. Maybe I am alone in this. Just wanting to share because in the past, I had been pesca-pollotarian and every time I went full veg this would happen and I would break down and eat meat again because I felt like I "Had" to. I really didn't want to. I wish I had been smarter about nutrition sooner so that I could have made the switch to veganism sooner. Vitamin B12 is found in animal products so we need to get it in fortified foods. It is a creator of red blood cells AKA oxygen in your body. Iron and calcium are probably also ones to watch out for. If you forget to nourish yourself properly no matter what diet you consume, there could be negative consequences on your organs such as your heart, trying to make up for lost oxygen. So don't forget to eat.

PS. There's a long wait to see a doctor where I live so I probably won't even get to speak to one for a couple weeks, then need to get tested and results. Will update if I find anything useful :)
