how is it ok for Surgeons to write incorrect info in their notes in the EMR? i just don’t get how it’s ok for them to write incorrect info and not get sued? For the clinical history part of the my report I usually just copy what the surgeons write in their notes but this one case the surgeon complained that it was wrong even though I just copied exactly from his notes. And I got in trouble and not the surgeon
