Hey folx I'm a student at a us uni doing accepted into HEC. I've been given the option to do either Jan or Sept.
Sept - can network on campus, can do summer internship. However coursework overlaps with current degree, no specialization
Jan - can early network and apply anyway , students said you could do this. But unlikely to do summer internship since I'll have coursework. Better courses, smoother transition since if I go in sept I'd have to come back to the US for one semester.
6+ years of investment banking experience in india. Goal is to move to the buy side , impact investing and or any transaction finance or consulting. Advise , inputs would help.
