Hi everyone,
I’m currently evaluating two opportunities for a Java Developer role: EY and Quest Global.
From what I know:
EY may put me into a government-related project
I still don’t have much clarity about Quest Global’s projects and work culture
My priorities are:
Job security/stability
Long-term career growth
Good backend/Java learning
Stable projects and decent work-life balance
I’d really appreciate insights from people who have worked at either company, especially regarding:
Layoff risk / bench policy
Project stability
Growth for Java developers
Work culture & management
Which company feels safer in the current market
