I've been lifting for 4.5 years and the one thing every tracking app was missing was something that looks at your history and tells you when to go heavier and by how much. So I just built it myself.

It analyzes your last 8 sessions per exercise and gives you a target weight and rep recommendation with a confidence level and reasoning behind it. Basically the thing I always wished existed.

Some other stuff it does:

  • Muscle recovery tracker so you know what's actually recovered before training it
  • Body heatmap showing weekly volume by muscle group
  • Volume landmarks (MEV/MRV) built in
  • Deload detection based on performance trends
  • Pre-built split templates (PPL, Arnold, FBEOD, Upper Lower, 5/3/1)
  • Import history from Hevy, Strong, or FitNotes

Built it as a side project, hosted at overloadgains.com. Completely free right now.

Would love any feedback from other builders or lifters. Happy to talk about the build process too if anyone's curious.
