Hello Brummies. I'm visiting your fair city tomorrow to see the library and the museum. Very excited! Can you advise me if the Shakespeare Memorial Room in the library is open for tourists, and I'd we can go to the rooftop? Anything else about the library worth knowing?

Also, any recommendations for cafes or restaurants nearby would be most welcome. Thank you.
