Elderberry syrup and breastfeeding?

These are the ingredients to the elderberry syrup I just got.

Disclaimer: Yes, I will ask our pediatrician/care provider. Just asking about other people’s experiences/opinions

I’m not normally too worried about stuff when it comes to breastfeeding but since this falls into the supplement/medicinal category, I want to be mindful in case there are any true contraindications. Not just the typical “not recommended during breastfeeding because we’re protecting our butts, but don’t actually have any reason to believe it’s unsafe” type thing.

It’s rough out there, y’all. As much as I’d love to splurge on a nice, low tox couch, they’re just too expensive for us right now. Plus, with two young kids it doesn’t seem it would be worth it knowing it’s going to experience some wear and tear from them.

So, what’s the best bang for your buck on a couch right now? I saw the ikea kivik was a decent option in the past, but heard quality has gone down hill and that it’s like sitting on concrete.

Any solid options that are low-tox, but still decent quality, and affordable?
