This has been going on for about 12 months I have gotten jt looked at plugged in at this pc shop for a week and it never did this he couldn't diagnose it or anything it didn't happen for a while but now it's started again either when im playing a game or the lock screen and it tends to happen more often once It occurs once I need to shut thr pc off at the back since nothing else will work it's genuenly so frustrating plesee help me
