I’m looking to acquire a clean title CB400 in the market. I just want to know what to expect when it comes to owning one such as:

1. What parts are bound to fail and need replacement?
2. What is the maintenance routine and how much does it cost?
3. Is it still long ride capable (150km+ ride)
4. Reliability as a daily?
5. Gas Consumption?
6. What to look out for when owning one?
7. Tips of owning one!

TYIA everyone! I know this will be a project bike but I still want to use it as a daily (like workhorse daily) since this has been a dream bike of mine since I was still a little kid.
