Was just wondering about other industry professionals’ negative experiences working at so-called top bars/restaurants?

I personally experienced bullying and a shitty work environment at a bar that people give awards and accolades and all that crap to. My experience was at an “industry favorite” bar that I had been a guest on and off at since it opened, too. Never meet your heroes, I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️
