I just released TaskyDoc a private, local-first and record-keeping app I built for myself. Between work and personal life I kept losing track of long-running situations like appointments, decisions, photos of documents and plain to-do apps weren't enough. I needed every task to be a small case file with its own timeline.
You can create tasks and each task has comments, photos, and notes anchored to exact timestamps. Group related ones into Projects. Local SQLite + FTS5 search. Due-date push notifications that deep-link back to the record. Immutable activity feed. No cloud, no accounts.
I fully vibe coded it in 2 days and this is my second app i use expo and RN.
