I’m trying to figure out if anyone else has experienced something similar.
I’ve been a Premium+ subscriber for about 2 years and was about to enter my third year. I had auto-renew enabled and a valid payment method.
Before the renewal date (April 28, 2026), I went through the cancel flow, and I was offered a 40% discount to stay. I didn’t complete the cancellation and made sure auto-renew was still active, expecting the subscription to continue.
What really bothers me is that I actually wanted to continue paying and stay subscribed, but with the 40% discount they offered. Now the subscription didn’t renew, and I’ve lost that offer. I’m not willing to pay the full price, because it feels too expensive without the discount I was offered and accepted.
But after the renewal date:
- The subscription didn’t renew
- No money was taken
- No email or notification at all
- I lost all Premium features
- The 40% discount offer disappeared
I only realized on April 29 (around 19:00) that I was no longer subscribed.
What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t contact Premium support anymore, because the system doesn’t recognize me as a subscriber.
So now I’m stuck:
No subscription, no discount, no support.
Is this a known bug or has anyone else gone through this?
Any advice would be appreciated.
