Cured SIBO w/MSM...Whew!!!
I have finally cleared Sibo with Dr. Janels high dose MSM cure. Dr. Janels says that MSM is missing from our soil and our foods. She says it heals organs and tissues. Yes it has. The high dose MSM does tastes awful I mix it with ginger tea and guzzle it...yet I've found it does heal organs and tissues. I did get the heximer effect from it for a month or two and added in molybneum/B12for a short time now I don't have to. It did give me a major head buzz as it goes right to the brain and other organs. I never expected to also get a LPR healing side effect from the MSM. I got sibo from my hip joint/scar tissue popping out from a accident and opening the ileocecal valve. I've reduced. the scar tissue and no more popping out. With the sibo I tried the expensive anti microbials for 1.5 yrs it would die off and come back. Dr. Janel has tons of videos on Instagram, You tube etc. I mix a lg jar of 3.5 cups msm powder ( bought on amazon) with 4 tsp slippery elm powder and 4 tsp marshmallow root power. Each am I take 2 TBS ( had to titrate up to that dose) in warm water with ginger tea. I'm 4.5 months into 6 months protocol. I did follow her diet of only soft foods for 3 months. Sibo's gone and LPR is diminishing by 90%! Oh and now 4.5 months in I don't have to avoid foods at all now. I can eat red hot blues tortilla chips, ginger snap cookies and or dk chocolate prior major trigger foods...no prob now. Granted I don't eat a ton of these but still it's amazing unexpected results.
