Helloo, In Surescripts/NCPDP SCRIPT, when a prescriber requires a supervising provider, is the supervisor sent as a separate provider with full identifiers (NPI, license, DEA), or just as a name field?

Looking to understand the standard vs real-world use. Thanks!
