Is anyone having any issues with the ticket transfer system Connacht use the “future ticketing app”.

I am the middle man between my friend and my father-in-law who isn’t the best with tech. My friend is sending the tickets and we can see on his end that they are awaiting transfer. I have logged in to my father-in-law‘s portal and nothing appears.

Got him to send me the email he received with the link to get the tickets. Still not working.

Emailed Connacht got an automated response.

Any help would be great!
