There have been jokes since the first season that the main cast has crazy plot armor. We were told no one was safe this season, but A-train is the only meaningful death (that everyone knew was coming). Now that we are halfway through the final season , I hope I’m wrong, but the show is far too scared to kill off main characters. Episode 4 was set up perfectly to end Frenchies arc, but nah

(Edit: if they wait til ep 7&8 to kill main characters, we and the surviving characters will never get to feel their absence before the series ends)
