Hi! My husband and I have 2 kids - 4 YO and 17 months and just found out we are expecting another. My 4 YO will be in school next year 5 days until 230 and I work a very flexible part time consulting role so I also will be stepping in to take my kids to sports / do some things one on one with them. I’m trying to strategize how to find a nanny who can support this role and curious this communities thoughts on if I should split this into 2 roles or if it’s likely to find someone who would want to do both.

I’m looking for Monday 12 to 7 Tuesday 8 to 7 Wednesday 8 to 7 Friday or Saturday 12 to 8

Should I try to find 1 person to do M - W and someone else to do Friday or Saturday? Also what is an attractive rate for this?
