Tirze and Diane Pills

I stop taking pills one month before starting Tirzepatide. Now, im currently on my 3rd month with Tirz and already lose 20 kilos and im planning to drink Diane Pills again WHILE STILL ON TIRZ.

May naka experience din ba sainyo dito? Ok lang ba? Hows the side effecta po? Any advice? Please help genuinely need advice.

Need advice from 85 down to 60kilos

Hi guys any advice on stubborn fat in between thigs?

Context:

I was 85 kilos since January and present is 60kilos

I do caldef and intermittent fasting

I do walking 7-10k steps atleast 4 days per week

I also do at home light gym and lifting

Also followed those streches on YT
