Picked up a 2024 Mazda 3 Carbon Edition (naturally aspirated w/ cylinder de-activation, no i-stop) from CarMax a couple months ago

33,000 miles rolls around so I decide to do the ATF drain 'n fill, only to see bluish/black ATF, aka Mazda FZ ATF, flow out into the container, and not the red Mazda A7 ATF which Mazda calls for in their manual

WTaF? Is it possible that the Mexico factory doesn't find that A7 ATF is actually necessary, so they use FZ and call it good? Anybody else run into this with your first ATF drain 'n fill?
