i love my NF, they are generous, wonderful, understanding and super kind. i have about a year left with them. i adore the children. we work really well together and there’s nothing i’m unhappy about.
another NF gave me an offer i can’t refuse, travelling, more pto, more $, less hours, a commitment to a potential 5 years (pending success) etc. only downside is a longer commute. it just feels really dirty and mean to leave my NF hanging last minute? i would be giving them about a months notice but i just feel terrible and don’t know what the best decision is.
