I would like to move to Mexico with my four children. My mother is American. My father is Mexican. He never established US citizenship. My children and I visit family frequently in Mexico and have passports. I would like to move there. How may I go about this with my father not being listed on my birth certificate and ALSO he is unable to travel to US to go to court here. Any advice would be very much appreciated please!!
