TRT + Reta Dialed In… HGH or Tesa/IPA for Best Recomp?

Hey everyone, I was sent here from another thread and I’m just trying to get some honest guidance.

I’m 34, on TRT and Reta. I’ve been on Reta about 2 months and went from 220 to 195. Currently running 3mg once a week. I’m not trying to lose a ton more weight — mainly trying to get leaner, tighten up my midsection, recover better, and get more of an athletic/recomp look.

I was originally looking at adding Tesa and maybe IPA, but after reading more, I’m wondering if HGH makes more sense instead of stacking several GH peptides.

For those with experience, would you go HGH over Tesa/IPA if you were already on TRT + Reta? And is there any real reason to run Tesa with HGH, or is that just overkill?

Also trying to figure out what/who to trust because there’s a lot of fake or low-quality stuff out there. If anyone can point me in the right direction on legit HGH sources or what to look for quality-wise, please DM me.

Down 25 lbs on Reta — Is Tesa/IPA the Missing Piece for Recomp?

I’ve been doing a lot of reading on this but keep seeing mixed opinions, so I wanted to ask people who have actually ran this type of stack.

I’m 34m, been on Reta for about 2 months, and I’m down from 220 to 195. My goal is around 190, but more than anything I want to get lean, toned, and athletic looking instead of just losing weight.

I’m lifting 4 days a week and just recently started TRT after my bloodwork showed my test was around 217.

I’ve been looking at adding Tesamorelin to the Reta, and possibly IPA/CJC too, but I’m trying to figure out if adding IPA/CJC is actually worth it or if Reta + TRT + Tesa is already plenty.

For anyone who has ran Reta with Tesa, or Reta/Tesa/IPA-CJC:

Did Tesa make a noticeable difference with stubborn belly fat/body recomp?

Was IPA/CJC worth adding, or was it more of a waste of money?

How long did you run the stack before you really noticed results?
