Apologies if this is tagged wrong!

My sister wants Uzi’s prom dress for her own prom next year, which we’re in the process of making, but she also wants Nori’s necklace pattern on the dress too as a little addition. Does anyone know how I’d go about it? The online shop choker seems to be sewn, but the one in the show seems to be like gems of some sort? Anyone know what would be the best option or even how to go about it? I’m sure I could sew it if I knew how to, but the gems could be more of a problem unless I can find what gems to use. We’re planning to put them at the bottom of the dress around the rim.
