Hi! I'm very new to practicing tarot and I have a small concern. I have a few relatives who do readings, but their practice is really uptight, I feel. I mean thoroughly cleansing the area, no interruptions, very careful readings that can take up to an hour. I'm not saying that's a bad way to practice, but when I ask for advice it is always "you HAVE to do this, and NEVER do that" and it feels so... stifling? I'm generally pretty busy so I really prefer quick readings that I can do with a bit of meditation while shuffling, cleansing with a small prayer, etc. Is that also correct or should I really stick to formalities?
