Anyone have any experience with the team match process at Visa and how it goes?
I did my OA, recruiter call and loop interviews. Unfortunately, the role i applied to initially was filled and so I got team matched to a different team. A recruiter asked me for my available times to do a TM call. I gave her my availability but 3 days after not hearing back I sent a follow up just to hear from her that there was an offer candidate in the process of being given an offer for the role I was matched for.
A bit soul crushing since I was waiting for a month. But regardless she mentioned that she will happily share my background with other teams. So that kind of where I am at in the hiring.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Visa TM process, what I can maybe expect from this point, etc.
