Had a stye in November 2026, and since then has been months of up and down. Allergic reaction to cream. Skin breakouts. Switched to all vanicream products. Keto wash. Clindamycin. Emrosi. Air purifier. Have been doing good for a few weeks and then woke up with swollen eye again today. It’s never ending.

My derm prescribed tretinoin and I’m so scared to start it. Worried it could make things worse but what if it helps? Anyone have any experience with it?
