I've spent the last couple of years making excuses. I'm tired of being the person who says "I'll start Monday" and never does.
Tomorrow morning at 3:45am, I'm putting on my shoes and getting 30 minutes of cardio in. No gym, no fancy gear, just moving.
I'm looking for a small group of people what are in the same boat - beginners or people who like me fell off the wagon and need to find their edge again. I'm building a "Gate" system where we check in daily. If you miss two days, you're out (or pay a discipline tax to stay in).
