Hey everyone,

I’m a CAT aspirant and honestly, I feel quite stuck right now.

Over the past 1 month, my self-study has been very inconsistent. I’ve been attending coaching regularly, but when it comes to studying on my own, my execution has been really poor.

There was also some pressure from home about taking up a job, but now my parents have agreed to let me focus on CAT for the time being. So that’s sorted, but weirdly, I’m still not able to get back into a proper routine.

In a few days, I’ll be traveling to Dehradun for exams for around 10 days. I know I won’t be able to study very intensively there, but I also don’t want to completely disconnect.

The main issue is — I just can’t seem to restart. I keep thinking I’ll start “properly” after I come back, but I also know that might just be another excuse.

Honestly, I’ve been pretty disappointed in myself lately. This break has really hit my confidence, and sometimes I feel like “maybe it just won’t happen for me.”

I could really use some advice on:

- How to rebuild consistency after a long break

- Whether I should start now with a light schedule or wait and restart properly later

- How to manage prep during travel (without burning out or feeling guilty)

- Any tips on staying disciplined and accountable

Would really appreciate any honest advice or similar experiences.

Thanks :)

Hey everyone,

I wanted to understand the real ground reality of working as a Team Lead at an Amazon fulfillment center.

If anyone has worked or is currently working in this role, could you share what your typical day looks like?

- What all responsibilities do you handle on a daily basis?

- How hectic are the shifts in reality?

- What kind of pressure do you face in terms of targets and performance?

- What are the toughest situations you’ve had to deal with (people, system issues, workload, etc.)?

- How physically and mentally demanding is the role?

- Is the work environment supportive or more high-pressure?

Also, would love to know:

- What separates a good Team Lead from an average one?

- And how realistic is fast growth in this role?

Looking for honest, unfiltered insights—good or bad.

Thanks in advance!
