Advice needed: Rough tattoo
I had this tattoo done almost 3 years ago. I call them my twins as they look like side profiles from a sonogram. Pretty blown out and the ink raises and is itchy occasionally. Is there anything I can do or have done to this? Laser? Cover-up?
