I currently have a handsome 8 month old pittie, I love him so much, I also have a cat, they have a love hate relationship, me and my husband just bought a house that has half an acre of land, just enough to be able to even get another dog if was want, which we’ve really been talking about, we think our boy would really benefit from a friend, but when is a good time? We want to go to the shelter, and get a dog that between 1-3 years old, so they can grow up together but should we wait until he’s older? He’s still a lot of work but sometimes I wish he had a bestie to hang with, any advice ?
