Driveshaft seal question

Hello, have a RHD V50 D5 manual (M66) gearbox and ordered a driveshaft seal (for inside transmission) as it was leaking and thought to order the seal from the other side too to change both at the same time. The two seals given to me by the dealership are diffrent with one seal for the passenger side being much larger than the drivers side which I questioned the dealership but they assured me it was correct. Lo and behold after removing the drivers side drive shaft the seal before me was identical to the one on the passengers side being much larger than the seal which is given to me.

Is there two seals on the drivers side or did the dealership give me the wrong seal?

Image shown is the drivers side seal and the other image is the part given to my by the dealership for the drivers side.

Having ongoing boost issues with my D5 2008 V50 and it seems I’m missing this part. The two pipes numbered 22 and 25 won’t seal together as it’s just plastic on plastic to hold boost pressures so it leaks since there’s nothing between the two pipes apart from a jubilee clip holding them together. Checked VIDA and found there should be a part here (labelled 26 on diagram), but I don’t have it or understand what it can be. Searched online and can only find it from US Volvo and nothing on eBay (I’m in the uk)

Any photos or links to where I can buy this from? Or even if I’m supposed to have it? Part number is 30776122

Hello, have a 2008 D5, having boost issues after overnighting a pipe leading to splitting and hearing an audible “chooo” noise like a Skoda fabia tdi after letting off from load.

Found out from a garage I need to replace the boost pipe coming from turbo.

Currently daily driving as apart from the boost leak it’s still working but actuator seems to be ticking when Ignition is on or the car is at idle however the ticking stops when above idle rev range and after the car has been for a drive for awhile.

Asked the garage about the ticking they recon the ticking is normal when the battery is low. Checked VIDA and the only codes which come up are for turbo control too high and boost pressure sensor too high. I changed battery to a spare but it still ticks again so maybe a dodgy battery again? Changing battery tomorrow to a more powerful and new one and sorting boost issues when pipe arrives.

Personally I think the ticking is related to my boost issues and has calibrated to compensate for the boost leak, not sure if that’s even possible but it’s too coincidental that the ticking happens after I messed around with a boost oipe. Is this possible or recon the actuator has just died at a very coincidental time? Anyone had the same issue?
