I’ve been having a horrible experience with OnTrac. I live in a small apartment in a city and they have made around 6 different delivery attempts (for Ulta and 4th attempt for a package from another company). Today, I decided to wait downstairs for an hour. I ended up getting a text saying they were unable to deliver my package again and so I went outside and there was no one there?? I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I’m in a busy area but why are they saying they attempted to deliver when there was no attempt.
I spoke to a Ulta rep the first time it was shipped back to seller and they told me they can only cancel the order or reship it again with Ontrac. I got my items during the sale so if I cancel, are they able to honor the same discount? Or am I able to pick it up from an Ulta location if it is returned to seller again?
