Any advice to stop being anxious when someone doesn't reply?

I have this thing (and decided to make a post since it is currently happening to me and I don't know how to stop it).

Simply, if I find some person really cool or like that person and we text for example and then they don't reply anymore or taking long time to reply to my last text (which of course I understand, life gets in the way, even myself I don't reply to texts instantly when I'm busy).

But my mind starts going insane about it, I start overthinking, I keep checking and checking my phone, I turn off notifications to forget it, then turn it on, keep checking..then try not to do it, but then I keep thinking and wondering did that person reply to me.

It sounds like I have nothing to do with my life, but I manage to be this irritated even while having some tasks to do.

And it is really annoying me, it is annoying that my mind can't let it gooo, any advice on what I should do?

Stuff like "distract yourself" doesn't work for me, I still keep thinking about stuff.

Yesterday I bought chicken thighs in packaging. Left it in fridge and today is past expiration.

When I open the package there's no smell, but if I bring my nose really close to the chicken in the packaging, it kind of has this sour tone of smell to it? Is it gone bad?

EDIT: I took one out and washed it with water, to smell it washed out and outside packaging, now I don't feel that sour type of smell?

anyone else experiencing this tiktok type of "why I'm stuck at 0 views". ?

Normally I sell good, today sold 3 pieces, I upload my own pictures and use all relevant keywords for a describtion.

But I spotted this thing that I upload some piece and it instantly start gaining views, even if 1 view after 2-3 mins. I don't complain, because it is still a view. But then I have like 4-5 pieces in row that been uploaded 5-6 hours ago and still with 0 views. It just makes no sense and I don't think there's a fix to it, I just wanted to complain that it is another type of shit like some tiktok
