It’s a navy blue (looks black under some lighting) and off white shirt white large stripes (it’s collared asw)

It’s pretty long asw (mid thigh length?)

I’m a very skinny guy, 5’5 ish and my waist is around 26 inches (maybe shorter) and i have no idea what to wear it with. My gf bought it for me but i know nothing about fashion.

I’m the type of guy to wear a neon yellow shirt with skinny jorts and i only own skinny jeans (im open to buying baggy jeans though)
