I’ve been sold on the F800GS for some time now but recent developments have made impossible for me to jump on the bike, used or new, it’ll still be too expensive for the next few months. I need a bike for my commute now that I’m gonna sell my car.
Now I just need the bike to handle most streets and some highway. Highway wise, for my commute we’re looking at near standstill traffic on the way to work and on the way home. Sure it would be nice to have passing power on the highway for highway speeds, but every time I’m commuting I’m doing 35-60 mph intermittently, so I’m not too concerned rn with it.
But I want some real world opinions here, do I just sell some plasma for a few months to afford the 800, or do I go ahead with the 310 that I can easily shell out for right now?
