I’m a 17-year-old girl, 5’5” tall and around 114 pounds. My measurements are approximately 31.5 inches bust, 26 inches waist, 32.3 inches hips, 34.3 inches glutes, and 36.6 inches shoulders. I’m naturally quite slim and don’t have much body fat or muscle. I’d like to get stronger overall, especially in my arms and legs, and build my glutes to create more curves in my hips and butt while keeping a slim waist. I also want to feel fitter and generally stronger. My goal is something like a Lara Croft–type body (https://ibb.co/gMbWLxyL) Since I’m a beginner and don’t have much experience with the gym or regular training, I’m looking for guidance on what kind of workouts or sports would be best for me, whether I should go to the gym, which exercises and equipment to use, how often to train, and what my nutrition should look like, including roughly how many calories I should be eating.
