I saw a few posts on reddit about high volume applying and decided to test it. Found a placement firm. that does the whole thing: ATS resume formatting, profile optimization, then they apply on your behalf at scale. They don't charge upfront. Fee is 15% of salary after placement, with a payment plan. Week 1: nothing. Week 2: 2 screening calls. Week 3: 4 more. Not placed yet but going from 0 callbacks in 5 months to 6 conversations in 3 weeks is a big shift. The only difference is volume and formatting. Sharing because I know people here are looking for what actually moves things.
