How to retrieve GLUID for My Little Pony (Gameloft) on iOS for save editing?

I'm interested in learning how the save synchronization works for the Gameloft My Little Pony game. I’ve seen people offering "cloud top-up" services where they only need a WireGuard config or a specific ID to modify the gems/currency in the cloud save.
I'm trying to figure out how to retrieve my own GLUID (Gameloft User ID) on a non-jailbroken iPhone 14 Pro Max.
What I've tried so far:
Used HTTP sniffers (Stream/HTTP Catcher) on iOS, but I'm mostly seeing encrypted CONNECT requests to 201205igp.gameloft.com.
Looked into old tools like Celestia Sunrise, but they seem outdated for current iOS versions.
My questions are:
Is there a way to extract the GLUID from a backup (like using iMazing) or via a proxy setup (mitmproxy) without a jailbreak?
Once I have the GLUID, what is the current method for pulling/pushing the .dat save file from Gameloft's servers?
Does anyone have a lead on a working Python script or documentation for the current encryption/signing (sig) algorithm Gameloft uses?
I'm doing this for educational purposes and to understand the "business" side of how these save editors work. Any help or pointers to Discord dev communities would be greatly appreciated!
