Since my first nocturnal emission, I've experienced this problem twice, two days ago and today. I feel extremely tormented and uncomfortable, like I've lost my no-fap streak.

-The process usually happens when I feel an intense pleasure in my lower body, about to ejaculate, because I imagine adult scenes.

I want to ask if this affects my no-fap streak and how I can overcome it (I've been no-fap for over 30 days).
