Hi all I’m looking to buy in the next bit and have researched but looking for people who live in units. What condo buildings do you like/hate

I’m renting and the noise from upstairs is horrendous .. is there buildings that have quieter construction for this issue?? I also have a 90 pound dog so much be pet friendly also 2 bedroom and it’s a plus if it’s 3 or den
