hi everyone, i need some advice on medicine as someone who is currently conflicted! about 2 years ago i was diagnosed with ADHD and now im on 40mg vyvanse. about a year ago i started wellbutrin (currently on 300mg) because i was feeling depressed due to rumination and overthinking. now a year later, the ruminating thoughts have intensified and have taken over. i talked to my doctor about this and she thinks its just anxiety, but i think all the things im feeling resonate with OCD more. she suggested weening off of the wellbutrin and getting on lexapro, but im scared to take an SSRI. just wanted to see if anyone has experienced something like this and the advice you can give me
