Chances of colon cancer

Male, 50 5’11 240 Lisinopril Allopurinol Omeprazol 81mg aspirin

I have been having abdominal pain and constipation for 3 weeks. I had a clear MRCP for the pancreas, clean EGD for the stomach, all associated blood work for pancreas, liver, kidneys etc is all normal. However, a I.V. contrast CT for the abdomen and pelvis revealed that I have a Epiploic Appendagitis, with fat stranding, but no observed bowel thickening. I was having severe pain that has subsided but the constipation remains. Three years ago I had a colonoscopy done after a positive cologuard test. The scope revealed I had several large and small mouthed diverticulosis in the descending, sigmoid, and rectal sigmoid colon, and nothing else. What are the chances that the constipation is caused by colon cancer?

Before I get started, I know that only a doctor can diagnose this disease but I wanted to get some opinions, if ya don’t mind.

I have had reflux since 2009, and have had several endoscopies. That being said, I have had symptom changes that I can trace back several months. I can’t remember exactly when it started but months ago I started noticing that I would have back pain to the left of my middle spine while sitting down but did experience this while lying down, so I dismissed it due to having scoliosis.

Other issues I started to notice over the last few months was constipation (3 times which I never had before), and worsening reflux and more difficulty swallowing (which I chalked up to the increased reflux).

Then, 2 weeks ago, out of nowhere, I started to having bad abdominal and back pain while eating, and bloating. Additionally, I have had considerable constipation, and reflux after eating despite taking Gaviscon and baking soda. The pain is still there but has subsided somewhat and the back pain does not always correlate with the stomach pain. Some things I can eat with no pain and others cause it.

I had a clean EGD 28 months ago and a MRCP scan for my pancreas (I’m enrolled in a pancreatic cancer prevention program due to cysts on the pancreas) in December 25, clean. I had a CA19-9 test and pancreatic and liver blood tests ran and they all came back normal. I do have an upcoming EGD scheduled but wanted some of your opinions.
