Help. I don’t know what else to do and I think I’ve tried every treatment under the sun.

I have tried beetlejuice, cryotherapy, salicylic acid, bleomycin, apple cider vinegar but had to quit because it was darkening my nails, candida injections, fuoricil topical, currently I’m doing salt soaks and occlusion therapy.

Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
