Need a way to do CYA email,

Background- I was hired in role for a program that was dissolved then told I wd be a program manager for a program that is a challenge for our office. I have not received a new PD and we are in process of writing new performance planning. I some times feel as if I am being set up to fail instead of succeed.

Curious if folks know that our occupancy data is monitored actively, ie received inquiry about discrepancies? Or is it just a vague overlord mailbox that we send info to.

Looking for anyone that knows based on experience.
