I know, resale value. I really want a bigger master bathroom. The current bathrooms are right beside each other. I’m thinking of converting 1 bathroom into a half bath and the second into a big master bathroom. They will have a door in between the so both bathrooms can access the shower. In my mind it makes sense. Anyways what are your opinions? It was never my intention to make this a forever home but with the interest rates, we’re here for the foreseeable future and I want a more luxurious master bathroom. P.S. My house is only 1600 square feet so not big at all.
