Heading to Cork in August and trying to narrow down one special dinner spot. We’re deciding between Goldie’s, The Glass Curtain, and Elbow Lane.

We love high-quality food, memorable atmosphere, and a place that feels worth choosing when you only have one night. We love tasting menu experiences that are high quality, but not really white tablecloth/stuffy/old school. Bonus points for standout local ingredients or a uniquely Irish experience.
