▲ 70 r/DACA

Hey everyone. I’ve been reading a lot of posts here about DACA renewals taking longer, people losing jobs while waiting, and the stress that comes with that. My situation is a little different, and honestly, it’s been really lonely and scary. I applied for DACA back in 2020. I’m still stuck on the very last step, case decision. I’ve never actually been approved before, so while many are dealing with renewal delays, I’m still waiting on an initial decision after all these years. I wanted to ask if anyone else is in a similar situation, or if you’ve heard of cases like this. How are you coping with the uncertainty? Have you taken any steps that helped move things forward, or are you just in the same waiting game? Sometimes it feels like I’m the only one in this position, and I’d really appreciate hearing from others who might understand what this feels like. Thank you for reading. 🙏🏻
